The drying envelope is the combination of speed, heat, airflow, and exhaust where your oven actually gets the job done. If your line stalls once speed climbs past a certain point, the ink is rarely the first problem — the oven has to remove more water in less time, and the rest of the line has to keep up. We start with on-site oven data, then size the retrofit.

That is where we are investing now. Our water-based ink drying line started with a simple heat-pump module and has grown into a system view of heat, airflow, exhaust, heat recovery, and control interlocks. The goal is to give printers a complete equipment path for the solvent-to-water transition.
